40 lbs Steaks – Tenderloin, Sirloin, New York, Rib Eye

60 lbs Roast –  Rump Roast, Tri-Tip, Chuck Roast

100 lbs Hamburger – 80/20 Ground Beef

Approximate weight of take-home beef 200 lbs. All costs are included: USDA Butchering, packing, and boxing.

We like to Age our beef up to 14 days, Your order will be the purchase of a beef and placed on our processing list. Your Reservation will be confirmed by our sales team and pickup instructions will be emailed to you.

Due to our products being USDA Inspected, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Market prices change along with quality of beef and so will pricing if necessary.
